Four Seasons, Westlake Village, California

February 21, 2016

The 2016 event featured vintage automobiles from prominent museums and collectors, historic and celebrity cars, and Pebble Beach Concours D'Elegance winners. Set amongst the beautiful pagoda lawn, the garden party honored the finale of "Downton Abbey" with a full english tea, vintage furniture and dress, birds of prey and live jazz performed by multi Grammy-award winning artists Russell Ferrante and Bob Mintzer (Yellowjackets).

A 1961 Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato, with several unique features, was one of the highlights. This particular example, just one of nineteen, was the Turin show car in 1961. The newly remodeled Petersen Museum contributed their historic 1953 Cadillac Series 62 by Ghia - a gift from Prince Ali Khan, the world's wealthiest man at the time, to actress Rita Hayworth. It is one of only two built by Ghia and combines the exotic looks of an Italian bodied custom with powerful and reliable Cadillac running gear. Other highlights included a '51 Talbot-Lago T26 S Grand Sport, '33 Hispano Suiza J12 Convertible, '13 Locomobile M48, '16 Stutz Bearcat, and a '29 Bentley 4 1/2 litre Vandan Plas Touring.
