2. Public Relations
Responsibilities
-
Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.

Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.

Coordinate all public relations activities.

Direct social media coordinator to engage audiences across traditional and new media.

3. Social Media Intern

Responsibilities

Research audience preferences and discover current trends.

Create engaging text, image and video content on companies' handles (FB, Twitter, IG and Youtube).

Update and edit website content when needed (Wix).

Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products.

Consult with clients’ marketing, PR and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients’ corporate cultures and goals.
Requirements

5. Event Planner
Responsibilities
-
Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
-
Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.
-
Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals.
-
Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders.
-
Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
-
Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location elements, special equipment needs, check-in and any promotional material etc.

Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations (Signed Code of Conduct required).

6. Car Exhibitor Intern
*will provide necessary school credits
Responsibilities
-
Develop a list of requested vehicles with Chairman in advance of show.
-
Develop and manage organizational system (updated spreadsheet) with all active exhibitors.
-
Secure and manage all car exhibitors for show.
-
Act as company liaison to exhibitors, museums and vehicle sponsors.
-
Provide exhibitors tickets / entry passes, process payments and ensure liability releases are signed (online).
-
Provide exhibitors any instructions prior to event (load in-load out location and times etc).
-
Collect exhibitor information for program (Online form) and provide to graphic designer with appropriate lead time.
-
Work with Chairman on map and layout of exhibitor vehicles.
-
Act as the primary customer service contact for exhibitors who have questions about the event.
-
Manage load-in and load-out plan and be on-site for both.
-
Hire and manage any staffing or transport for vehicles.
Requirements

2+ years’ of experience.

7. Customer Service
Responsibilities
-
Deal with the customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face
-
Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve it. If the problem doesn't seem to solve, then forward the problem to the Chairman.
-
Respond to the problems of the customer promptly
-
Look after all customer ticket purchases, changes or refunds and provide reports to team.
-
Draft any necessary documents, letter or statements, as required by the customer
-
Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner
-
Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
-
Maintain a follow up on the customer, whose query you had solved,. Ensure they are satisfied with your answer.

Work with social media coordinator on any online negative reviews or customer complaints to resolve immediately and effectively.
-
Provide a completed list of all ticket sales customers information prior to event for security and entrance lists.
Requirements

High school diploma or degree and a bachelor's degree or something equivalent

8. Security
Responsibilities
-
Patrol premises during event to maintain order and establish presence.
-
Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property.
-
Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area.
-
Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations.
-
Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions.
-
Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
-
Provide assistance to people in need.
-
Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities.
-
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
-
Ensure all vehicles are protected and not touched or tampered with.
-
Report any drunk or disorderly guests to management.
-
Report any theft of property or displays.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as security officer or guard.
-
Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
-
Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense a plus.

High School diploma is required.

9. Porter
Responsibilities
-
Assist with event set-up and tear-down.
-
Loading of event decor, furniture, florals etc.
-
Assist with load in of vehicles and provide necessary mats.
-
Ensure building entrance is free of clutter at all times - Remove any trash.
-
Direct guests to the reception area or the appropriate office/room if asked.
-
Run errands for guests and employees (coffee, snacks, lunch etc).
-
Fix minor technical issues like changing bulbs or providing extension cords.
-
Report any special requests or damages to catering manager.
-
Comply with health and safety regulation.
Requirements
-
Previous work experience as a Porter or Mover is recommended.
-
Good physical condition, stamina and strength (e.g. to lift heavy equipment and luggage).

Solid verbal communication skills to interact with cleaning staff, technicians and customers.
-
Basic mechanical skills.
-
High school diploma is a plus.
